QUEENSLANDER ADAPTION

The new owners of this queenslander needed rapid changes to allow their sharehouse tennants to move in.

Removing an old plinth wall and fitting a dividing wall in the enclosed verandah allowed the creation of an addtional bedroom. Large fitted robes were constructed in all bedrooms, styled to blend in with the original timber lining. In the new bedroom the robe was taken to the ceiling to allow additional concealed storage. We also built and installed the mirror sliding doors faster and cheaper then we think you will find anywhere else.

Creating a shared workpace across a dual frontage property

The new tenants of this centrally located property had a vision, they wanted to refine their ideas as the build took shape, and of course they needed a fast fitout, the dark windows tell the tale of long days amd late nights to maximise progress.

The former fitout was unsuitable in every way, new walls, floors and ceilings were required, new spaces were created, power and lighting was updated to meet the needs of a modern office, new and additional airconditioners were added and a delightful curved wall opens up the dining area providing a more spacious flowing place to bring clients and enjoy lunch.

The new tenants of this centrally located property wanted to transform the showroom layout into office spaces with space for a reception counter at the front. The work you see was completed and ready for the tenant to paint and decorate in under 2 days.

Consult room required

An open plan shop front had nowhere to sit privately and take calls, talk to clients, and seperate the necessary clutter of admin tasks form the visitor space. This simple corner office solves the problem, built and with the first coat of plaster on in one day, ready for paint in two.

A deceptivly simple looking job in Bentley Park required customising standard fence posts to neatly fit onto retaining wall post brackets.

For these reasons and other we regularly build cabinetry for our customers, and we can organise a complete selection of benchtops door and draw front finishes, along with accesories such as sinks, mixers, slide-outs, soft close or push-to-open hardware, and more, from suppliers, which we can fit to the kitchen during the assembly and installation process.

A kitchen makeover gives this unique property a fresh modern feel.

The owners of this handsome elevated timber home had persevered with the original, galley kitchen and decided that the dividing wall created a cramped, closed of atmosphere. Removing the wall opened up the space, brought light from all the windows into the rest of the living area and allowed for this fantastic corner layout with a large island.

The fllor of tiles over timber was heavy enough to cause the floor to sag, and the adhesive was too strongly bonded to the timber to make floor restoration a cost effective solution. Waterproof hybrid flooring was an elegant solution, contrasting with the wood tones of the lounge area, complimenting the crisp monochrome units and appliances, and delineating the kitchen area.
